The candidates will be hired on a deputation basis or Direct Recruitment basis. Officers working on a regular schedule in any Central Government Organization or CPSU with a pay scale of Rs. 1,20,000 – 2,80,000– IDA or above, including services put in on deputation, with a total of 18 years of service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Government Organisation or CPSU.
According to Delhi Metro Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates selected through various methods will receive salary as follows:
Deputation Basis: Under the relevant rules, the selected candidate will continue to receive parent department pay plus deputation allowance.
Direct Recruitment Basis: The salaries and emoluments shall be in accordance with the IDA (Industrial DA) pay scales as applicable from time to time, as well as additional perks.
