HAL Recruitment 2023: Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) is seeking applications from eligible and interested Indian candidates for the post of Fitter, Electrician, Stores Clerical / Commercial Asst/ Admin Asst, Accounts, Civil, Technician (Electrical), Technician (Mechanical) and Assistant (IT) on a contract basis. In accordance with the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be appointed for a tenure of 04 years. The selection process will be based on a written test. The candidates who qualified in the written test will be called for the medical examination.

In accordance with the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the post of Fitter, Electrician, Stores Clerical / Commercial Asst/ Admin Asst and Accounts will get a monthly salary on pay scale level C5 and the candidates selected for the post of Civil, Technician (Electrical), Technician (Mechanical) and Assistant (IT) will get a monthly salary on pay scale level D6.
As mentioned in the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the candidates will be selected on the basis of a written test. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for the medical examination.
As per the official notification of HAL Recruitment 2023, the appointment will be made on a contract basis and the selected candidates will be engaged for a period of 04 years. The engagement is not against permanent vacancy and will not entitle any candidate to claim regular/permanent employment in the future. The tenure will end automatically upon completion of four years from the date of joining, without further notice.
