DFCCIL Recruitment 2023: Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, New Delhi, has sought Applications through Proper Channel in respect of the Officers duly Eligible for Appointment on to General Manager (Operations and Business Development) Post with 01 Vacancy to be filled up on Deputation Basis vide the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Advertisement Dated 05.04.2023. According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Notified 01 Vacancy is to be filled up with Appointment by Deputation Basis under Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance in the Corporate Office, New Delhi.

According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Officer to be appointed as General Manager (Operations and Business Development) shall be entitled to the Pay Scale explained hereunder:
Pay Scale: Parent Pay Plus Deputation Allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per the DFCCIL Policy).
Based on the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Age Limit in respect of the Candidates for the Post(s) as on the Closing Date of the DFCCIL Vacancy Notice is as follows:
Age Limit: Not to exceed/more than 55 Years
Service: The Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), Officers under Central Government/Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs) narrated hereinabove
Specific Requirements: Central Government/State Government Officers working in Analogous Grade (Level-14) in the Relevant Discipline Or in Senior Grade (Level-13) with 17 Years’ Service in Group ‘A’ in the relevant Discipline; (OR)
The PSU Employees working in Analogous Grade in the relevant discipline (Or) in Rs.100000-260000 (IDA) (E7) with 04 Years’ Service in that Grade.
According to the DFCCIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, Selection on to the Notified General Manager (Operations and Business Development) shall be carried through by Deputation involving a Viva-voce/Personal Interview. Post-Selection the Candidate would be issued Appointment into General Manager (Operations and Business Development) Position on Deputation Basis initially for 03 Years.
However, Engagement Span of the Incumbent General Manager (Ops & Business Development) initially with 03 Years shall be subsequently Extendable up to Maximum 05 Years subject to Exemption by the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE) from the Rule of Immediate Absorption].
