The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) vide Notification No. 05 /2015-20 dated 13.05.2022, amends Export Policy of Onions Seeds.
Text of the Notification is Given Below:
S.O. (E)- In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992), as amended, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in the Notification No. 43/2015-20 dated 29.10.2020 related to export of Onion Seeds:
Effect of this Notification:
