The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has extended the due date of submission of RoDTEP Data.
DFGT via tweet has informed that the RoDTEP Committee at the Department of Revenue has decided to extend the deadline for submitting data for the review of RoDTEP rates from 30.11.2023 to 15.12.2023 due to Industry/ Trade trade representations.
Essential Points about the Previous Notification:
Members of Trade and Industry are already aware that the RoDTEP Committee has been constituted for the review of RoDTEP rates. After consultation with the industry, the Drawback Division has now finalised the formats for submission of data (Letter dated 12.10.2023 may be seen in this regard). The last date for submission of information to the RoDTEP Committee in the designated formats as given in Annexure B (Part 1 and Part 2) is 30th November 2023.
