Product Head – 

• The candidate should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, computer science, engineering, or project management.

Required Experience for DIC Recruitment 2024:

To apply for DIC Recruitment 2024, the candidate should have the following experiences:

Full stack developer – 

• The candidate should have 4+ years as a Senior Developer at a technology company.
• The candidate should be proficient in PHP specifically Laravel Framework, developing Restful API and JSON data format handling.
• The candidate should have knowledge about using React.js, Redux and some existing React components to build a single-page application according to a defined UI design.
• The candidate should have knowledge about database design and development – SQL – MySQL
  and NoSql – MongoDB etc.
• The candidate should know Web server technologies like Node.js, Apache, Nginx, etc.
• The candidate should know how to work on Frameworks like Express.js/ Nest.js. etc.
• The candidate should have knowledge about Solid foundations in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• The candidate should have hands-on experience in microservices architecture using components such as Cache management and developing APIs for components.
• The candidate should have an understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

System Admin – 

• The candidate should have 5+ years of proven work experience in IT.
• The candidate should have experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems.
• The candidate should know current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures.
• The candidate should know about system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, caching etc.
• The candidate should have experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically AWS).
• The candidate should have expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems, Creating volumes, assigning to servers and remote replication.
• The candidate should have experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
• The candidate should have knowledge of Linux system administration, WSO2, Tomcat, Redis, Kafka, Nginx, Docker and Kubernetes.
