Qualification and Experience for DIC Recruitment 2024:

For Assistant Manager/ Manager- HR-

• The candidates should have a Graduate is mandatory.
• MBA/Post graduation is desirable.

Experience-

• The candidate should have a minimum experience of 6+ years.

For Assistant Manager/ Manager- Finance-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance.
• Candidates with having MBA / PG Diploma in Finance or CA or masters in related fields would be given preference.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 6+ Years or more of experience in Accounting and Finance in an organization.
