As per the official notification of SAI Recruitment 2024, there are 15 vacancies open for the post of Project Officer, Assistant Project Officer, Technical Lead, Project Co-ordinator and Technical Co-ordinator in multiple fields.

Age Limit for SAI Recruitment 2024:

Candidates should have a maximum age of 50 years to apply for SAI Recruitment 2024.

Qualification and Experience for SAI Recruitment 2024:

The required qualifications and experience to apply for SAI Recruitment 2024 are mentioned below-

For Project Officer (Infra)-

• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• The candidate should have at least 03 years’ experience in an organization dealing with Civil/Architecture work, including infrastructure project execution and Management, at the appropriate level with the Government of India Ministry/ Department. 
• The candidate should have a minimum of 02 years of experience in planning/ execution/ Monitoring of sports infrastructure.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have experience with computer skills and proficiency in working on office software/ other applications, including MS Word, excel and PowerPoint. 
• The candidate should have a knowledge of Government Administrative Regulations. 
• The candidate should have a Knowledge of written and spoken English and a working knowledge of Hindi. 
• The candidate should have a knowledge of Autocad, Matlab, StaadPro, etc.

For Project Officer (Management)-

• The candidate should have a Post Graduate degree in any discipline or 2 Years PG Diploma in Management or possess any professional degree earned after study of 04 years or more acquired after 10+2. 
• The candidate should have at least 03 years’ experience at the appropriate level working with the Government of India Ministry/ Department.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on office software/ other applications, including MS Word, excel and PowerPoint. 
• The candidate should have a knowledge of Government Administrative Regulations.
• The candidate should have a knowledge of written and spoken English and a working knowledge of Hindi. • Experience in Sports Management.

For Assistant Project Officer (Infra)-

• The candidate should have a Graduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• The candidate should have at least 02 years’ experience in an organization dealing with Civil/Architecture work, including infrastructure project execution and Management at the appropriate level with the Government of India Ministry/ Department. 
• The candidate should have a minimum of 01 year of experience in planning/ execution/ Monitoring of infrastructure projects.

• The candidate should have experience of computer skills and proficiency in working on office software/ other applications, including MS word, excel and PowerPoint. 
• The candidate should have a knowledge of Government Administrative Regulations.

For Technical Lead (Geo-Tagging)-

• The candidate should have a postgraduate degree in any discipline/ Graduation (BE/ B. Tech) or 2 Years PG Diploma in Management or possess any professional degree earned after study of 04 years or more acquired after 10+2.
• The candidate should have a total of 5 years of experience with a minimum of 01 year of experience in the field of sports administration/ management/ analytics.

Desirable-

• The candidate should have experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization. 
• The candidate should have certification in the GIS field, of a minimum of 3 months duration. 
• The candidate should have experience in coordinating high-level meetings as well as stakeholders’ consultation with the Central and State government, PSUs, Associations etc. 
• The candidates should have certification in DBMS.
• The candidate should have a Master’s/MBA in Sports Management.
• The candidate should have the ability to complete all phases of the project management life cycle including requirement analysis and gathering, design, testing, delivery and support. 
• The candidate should have the ability to manage large-scale projects. 
• The candidate should have working knowledge of using the latest development tools and techniques. 
• The candidate should be a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills within or across the teams. 
• The candidates should have good problem-solving and analysis skills. 
• The application of agile development processes in a leadership capacity. 
• The candidate should have previous experience leading development teams. 
• The candidate should be expertise in Resource Management.

Salary for SAI Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for SAI Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as listed below-

Tenure for SAI Recruitment 2024:

The appointment of SAI Recruitment 2024 is made on a contract basis. The selected candidates will be appointed for the period as given below-

• The chosen candidates for the post of Project Officer will be appointed for a period of 01 year further extendable up to 2.5 Years i.e. 1+1+0.5 years’ subject to satisfactory performance review by the respective Controlling Officer.
• The chosen candidates for the post of Assistant Project Officer will be appointed for a period of 01 year further extendable up to 2.5 Years i.e. 1+1+0.5 years subject to satisfactory performance review by the respective Controlling Officer.
• The chosen candidates for the post of Technical Lead and Project/Technical Co-ordinator will be appointed for a period of 01 year further extendable as per requirement, subject to a satisfactory performance review by the respective Controlling Officer. 

Selection Process for SAI Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for SAI Recruitment 2024 on the basis of an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated later to the shortlisted candidates. The final selection will be done by the Selection Committee constituted for this purpose. The decision of the Selection Committee on the selection of candidates will be final.
