• Good understanding of Open Source solutions, AI Techniques, and eLearning Management Tools.

For Technical Program Manager-

• The candidates should be BE/B.Tech having 5+ Years of overall work experience.
• The candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing large-scale projects and programmes.

Desirable-

• Understanding / Working experience of existing technology initiatives in the Ministry of Education.
