There are 06 openings for the specified position, which may rise before the final selection. Candidates hired as Legal Consultants will assist Officers of the Directorate as required. They may be summoned before the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange, the Adjudicating Authority, and the Appellate Tribunal for the PMLA, as well as other Courts as ordered. They may be called upon to brief Senior Law Officers, Central Government Standing Counsels, and Senior/Panel Advocates.
Candidates appointed as Legal Consultants would be required to work in the Directorate of Enforcement anywhere in India.
