Company's Name and Registered Office a) Previous name for 2 years from the change of name b) OPC has to write "One Person Company" below the name 2. CIN No, email ID, Phone No. also 3. Details of Website and Fax, if there Degination 1. Mention appropriate designation a) Example- If you're MD, then mention MD not "Director" and if you're Director and CEO, then mention that (Note: Do ensure that whenever there is a change in your designation, the same is updated in ROC records) Others 1. DIN number 2. Address if the document you're signing will be filed with the ROC Office Other Precautions 1.
