The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd. is accepting applications from willing candidates for the post of Additional General Manager, Joint General Manager, Deputy General Manager, Executive Engineer and Assistant Engineer. There are 02 vacancies open for the above-mentioned post.

Age Limit for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates should not be more than 62 years old to apply for DMRC Recruitment 2023.

Salary for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

The selected candidates for DMRC Recruitment 2023 will be paid a monthly compensation up to Rs.142300.

• The selected candidates for the post of Additional General Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.142300.
• The selected candidates for the post of Joint General Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.127400.
• The selected candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.99800.
• The selected candidates for the post of Executive Engineer will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.87800.
• The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Engineer will be paid a monthly salary of Rs.68300.

Eligibility Criteria for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

The required eligibility criteria are mentioned below for applying to DMRC Recruitment 2023-

For Addl. General Manager/Track-

• Candidate should be working in or, retired from Level 13A (Rs. 1,31,100 – 2,16,600) (G.P.-Rs. 8900) (CDA Pay scale) / Rs. 1,00,000 – 2,60,000 (IDA Pay scale) in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways/ CPSUs/Metro organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 18 (eighteen) years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways/ CPSUs/Metro organization, out of which 4 years for execution of ballastless/ ballasted track works.

For Joint General Manager/Track-

• Candidate should be working in or, retired from Level 13 (Rs. 1,23,100 – 2,15,900) (G.P.-Rs. 8700) (CDA Pay scale) / Rs. 90,000 – 2,40,000/- (IDA Pay scale) in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways/ CPSUs/Metro organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 13 (Thirteen) years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways/ CPSUs/Metro organization, out of which 4 years for execution of ballastless/ ballasted track works.

For Deputy General Manager/Track-

• Candidate should be working in, or, retired from Level 12 (Rs. 78,800 – 2,09,200) (G.P.-Rs. 7600) (CDA Pay scale) / Rs. 70,000 – 2,00,000/- (IDA Pay scale) in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways/ CPSUs/Metro organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 09 (nine) years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways/ CPSUs/Metro organization, out of which 4 years for execution of ballastless/ ballasted track works.

For Executive Engineer /Track-

• Candidate should be working in, or, retired from Level 11 (Rs. 67,700– 2,08,700), in (G.P.-Rs. 6600) (CDA Pay scale) / Rs. 60,000 – 1,80,000/- (IDA Pay scale) in any Central Govt. Organization/ Railways/ CPSUs/ Metro organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 05 (Five) years’ service at Gazetted / Executive level in any Central Govt. Organization/ Railways/ CPSUs/ Metro organization, out of which 2 years for execution of ballastless/ ballasted track works.

For Assistant Engineer/Track-

• Candidate should be working in, or retired from Level 10 (Rs. 56100 – 1,77,500) (G.P.-Rs. 5400) (CDA Pay scale) / Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- (IDA Pay scale) in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways/ CPSUs/ Metro organization, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a total of 05 (Five) years’ service in any Central Govt. Organization/Railways / CPSUs / Metro organization, out of which 2 years for execution of ballastless/ ballasted track works.

Tenure for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

The appointment is made for DMRC Recruitment 2023 on the basis of Post Retirement Contractual Basis and the selected candidates will be appointed for a period of 03 years, subject to agreement between the parties and satisfactory performance, extending as needed at DMRC’s sole discretion.

Selection Process for DMRC Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2023, the selection will be based on a personal interview. The shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
