For Manager and Assistant Manager (Inspection)-

• The applicants must have a B.E. (Electrical/ Mechanical).

For Manager and Assitant Manager-

• The candidates must have a B. E./ B. Tech (Civil), or, equivalent with Min. a 60% mark or equivalent CGPA from Govt. a recognized University/ Institute.

Salary for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

The selected candidates for DMRC Recruitment 2024 will be paid a monthly salary as given below-

For Manager and Assistant Manager (Inspection)-

• The candidates selected on a deputation basis will receive a parent department pay plus a deputation allowance.
• The candidates selected on a Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.96600 per month for the post of Manager.
• The candidates selected on a Post Retirement Contractual Engagement (PRCE) basis will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs.75100 per month for the post of Assistant Manager.

For Manager and Assistant Manager (Track)-

• The selected candidates for the post of Manager will receive a monthly salary of Rs.60000-180000.
• The selected candidates for the post of Assistant Manager will receive a monthly salary of Rs.50000-160000.

Selection Procedure for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

The candidates will be selected for DMRC Recruitment 2024 on the basis of a personal interview. The selection method evaluates several aspects of knowledge, abilities, comprehension, aptitude, and physical fitness. The candidates who cleared the screening process are to be considered. The list of the shortlisted candidates will be posted on the DMRC website in the fourth week of July 2024 (tentatively), and interviews will take place in the first week of August 2024 (tentatively) via offline/ online mode.
