DMRC Recruitment 2024: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) Ltd., a joint venture company with equal equity participation from the Govt. of India and the Govt. of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, is accepting applications from diligent and experienced candidates for the positions of Manager (store), Supervisor (Finance) and Supervisor (HR). The upper age limit for the candidates should not be more than 55 years old on a deputation basis and 62 years old on a PRCE basis.
As informed by the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of up to Rs. 96600. The selection of the candidates will be based on a Personal Interview. Essential Qualifications and Experience for DMRC Recruitment 2024:
In order to apply for DMRC Recruitment 2024, candidates should have the following qualifications and experience for the aforesaid posts:
For Manager (store):
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/Civil discipline from a Govt. recognized University/Institute, with work experience.
Experience:
Candidates presently working, or, having worked in the Stores Department. For the pay-scale criteria, the candidates presently working in, or, retired (in case of application on Post Retirement contractual engagement basis), in the CDA pay scale at Level-11 (Rs. 67700-208700) or higher, OR, in IDA pay scale of Rs. 60000-180000/- or higher, with minimum 08 (Eight) years of professional experience in their respective field and preferably 2 years in MRTS, or, in any transportation field, in the Govt. Organization/Indian Railways/CPSUs, may apply. The substantive status of the candidate shall be considered.
For Supervisor (Finance):
Candidates should have a B. B.Com. or, equivalent degree from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, with work experience.
Experience:
Candidates should have regular experience in the supervisory grade in the relevant discipline in a post in the Govt. Organization/Indian Railways/CPSUs and should be conversant with functioning in a computerized environment. Candidates working in Mumbai / Maharashtra region and having working knowledge of SAP would be preferred. In addition, for Supervisor (HR), person with the law background/knowledge in labour laws will also be preferred.
For Supervisor (HR):
Candidates should have a B.A./ B. Sc./ B. Com. degree from a Govt. recognized University / Institute, with work experience.
Experience:
Candidates should have regular experience in the supervisory grade in the relevant discipline in a post in the Govt. Organization/Indian Railways/CPSUs and should be conversant with functioning in a computerized environment. Candidates working in Mumbai / Maharashtra region and having working knowledge of SAP would be preferred. In addition, for Supervisor (HR), person with the law background/knowledge in labour laws will also be preferred.
Age Limit for DMRC Recruitment 2024:
In accordance with the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2024, the age limits are listed below:
On a Deputation basis:
The maximum age limit for the candidates should not be more than 55 years old.
On a PRCE basis:
The maximum age limit of the candidates should not be more than 62 years old.
As informed by the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2024, candidates who are selected for these posts will get the following salary:
For Manager (store):
On a deputation basis:
The selected candidate shall continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable, under the Government of India rules and would also be eligible to draw an incentive at 25% of Basic Pay.
On a PRCE basis:
The selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 96,600.
