For candidates selected on a deputation basis–

• The selected candidate shall continue to draw parent department pay plus deputation allowance, as applicable, under the Govt. of India rules.

Working Location for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

The place of work for DMRC Recruitment 2024 will be liable to be posted at Sricity (near Chennai) and Bengaluru. However, the selected candidates shall be liable to be posted/ transferred to any of the offices/ Project sites under the control of the corporation in India, or, abroad.

The candidate should have a B.E. (Electrical/ Mechanical) or equivalent from a govt. recognized university/ institute for  DMRC Recruitment 2024.

Eligibility Criteria for DMRC Recruitment 2024:

As given in the official notification of DMRC Recruitment 2024, the required eligibility for the above post is mentioned below:

• The officers working in / retired from railways/govt. organization / CPSUs/Metro’s, in the following CDA/IDA pay scale, including services put on deputation, with a minimum 05 years experience in the inspection of manufacturing of railway/metro / Metro Coaches, or, experience in maintenance of Railway / Metro Rolling Stock, or, experience in Railway Workshops /Railway Production Units for the post.
• NOTE-The officials, who are in regular service in Railways / Govt. Organizations/ CPSUs / Metro’s at present, will also be considered eligible provided they opt for retirement from the service through VRS or otherwise before joining DMRC.

The officer’s Payscale eligibility criteria:

• For the post of Manager /Inspection Officers working in, or, retired from, the CDA pay scale at Pay Level 11 (67700– 208700) as per the 7th CPC, or IDA Pay scale of Rs. 60000 – 180000, on a regular basis, in any government. Organizations, Railways/ CPSUs/Metro’s, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 05 (Five) years experience at the / or executive level in the relevant field.

For the post of Assistant Manager/Inspection:

• The officers working in, or retired from the CDA pay scale at Pay Level-10 (56100-177500) as per the 7th CPC, or, IDA Pay scale of Rs. 50000 –160000, on a regular basis, in any Govt. organization always/ CPSUs/ Metro’s, including services put in on deputation, in the above pay scale, with a minimum of 05 (Five) years’ experience at Gazetted / Executive level, in the relevant field.

Mode of Selection for DMRC Recruitment 2024:
