Main division of industrial activity of the company 5. Composition of First Subscribers of MOA 6. DIN of Directors. If DIN is not available:

a. Passport size Photo

b. Personal, occupational details and educational qualifications.

c. PAN & Aadhar of Director. In case director is not an Indian national, Passport will be required.

d. Unique Contact & Email ID of Directors

e. For Proof of identity – Voters Identity Card/ Passport/ Driving License

f. For Residential Proof – Bank / Electricity Bill/ Telephone bill/ Mobile bill (Latest)

g. Details of Other Entities in which Director has Interest
