DOT Recruitment 2024: The Department of Training (DOT) is looking for interested and well-qualified candidates for the post of Director (Human Resources). As mentioned in the official notification of the DOT Recruitment 2024, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs.25750 to 30950 (IDA). The candidates should have a Graduation Degree with a good academic record from a recognized University/ Institution. The applicants have a graduation Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management etc. The candidates applying for the mentioned position should have at least 05 years of experience in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.
According to the official notification of the DOT Recruitment 2024, the appointment will remain valid for an initial period of 05 years from the date of joining. The appointment will be on a deputation/ contractual basis. The candidates selected for DOT Recruitment 2024, will be appointed for an initial period of 05 years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders of the committee, whichever is earlier.
