DPIIT Recruitment 2023: Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trader (DPIIT) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Economic Officer on a deputation basis. As mentioned in the official notification of DPIIT recruitment 2023, there are a total of 02 vacancies for the given post. The maximum age limit to apply for Economic Officer is 56 years as of the last date of application form. In accordance with the official notification of DPIIT recruitment 2023, the selected candidates for the above-mentioned post will be given a monthly salary in level 7 of the pay matrix (Rs. 44900 to Rs. 142400).
The appointment is made on a deputation basis for a period of 3 years. As given in the official notification of DPIIT recruitment 2023, candidates must posses the given below eligibility criteria and qualification.
1- Officers of the Central Government:
i. Holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/ Department; or
ii. With three years regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the Matrix of Level – 6 (Rs. 35,400-1.12.400) or equivalent in the parent cadre/ department; and
2- Possessing educational qualification and experience as prescribed for direct recruitment in column seven.
The Departmental Officers in the feeder category who are in the direct line of promotion shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment on deputation as absorption. Similarly, deputationists shall not be eligible for consideration for appointment by promotion.
Qualification-
As per the official notification of DPIIT recruitment 2023 notification, eligible candidates can fill out the application form in the prescribed format and send their duly filled-in application form by post to Deputy Director (Admn).
