Eligibility Criteria for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, candidates must have the required eligibility as below-

• The candidates who have retired from Central / State Govts, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Govt. R and D Organizations and possessing practical knowledge, and adequate experience in the field relevant to the functioning for which applying (as per annexed TOR for each postcode).
• Persons possessing experience having worked with DRDO would be accorded preference during selection/appointment.
• Possessing effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a strong flair for an in-depth examination of his/her areas of work.
• The candidate must have an unblemished Service record.
• No retired Government Servant shall be eligible for appointment as a Consultant unless there is a gap of fifteen (15) days between his/her retirement and appointment as a consultant.
• The candidate must have retired at the prescribed PAY LEVEL as mentioned above.

Salary for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary in level 8/11/12 of the pay matrix.

Tenure for DRDO Recruitment 2023:

As per the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contract basis for a period of 01 year but extended on a need and performance basis. The place of posting will be Bengaluru.
