DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Research Fellow for ongoing research projects. There are a total of 15 vacancies for the DRDO Recruitment 2023. The selected candidates may be permitted to register for the Ph.D. program from either Jawarharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, or Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. As per the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the upper age limit to apply for the post is 28 years.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews. The interview for the post of Junior Research Fellow- 01 will be held on 1st March 2023 and Junior Research Fellow- 02 on 2nd March 2023. Relaxation is given for by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for OBC candidates and other entitled categories as per the government rules.
Candidates will be given stipend as per the government rules.
Junior Research Fellow-01:
Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc) OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (M.Tech) in Life Sciences / Human Physiology/ Biochemistry/ Biomedical Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biophysics/ Molecular Biology/ Zoology/ Bioinformatics/ Genetics/ Nanotechnology with NET/ GATE/ National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies such as DST, DBT, ICMR etc.
Junior Research Fellow-02:
Post Graduate Degree (M.Sc) OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course (M.Tech) in Life Sciences / Human Physiology/ Biochemistry/ Biomedical Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biophysics/ Molecular Biology/ Zoology/ Bioinformatics/ Genetics/ Nanotechnology with NET/ GATE/ National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies such as DST, DBT, ICMR etc.
CSIR/ UGC/ICMR/DBT/ DST qualified ) with valid fellowship at the time of joining.
