DRDO Recruitment 2023: The Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) of the Government of India is inviting applications from highly qualified candidates for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA) posts. The positions are available in the Physics, Electronics, and Material/Mechanical Science disciplines. In accordance with the official notification for DRDO Recruitment 2023, there are 08 vacancies available for the above-mentioned posts. 06 vacancies are available for the Junior Research Fellow post and 02 vacancies are available for the Research Associate post. The candidates will be selected for a period of 02 years for the Research Associate fellowship. The candidates will be selected initially for 02 years for the Junior Research Fellowship which can be upgraded to Senior Research Fellow, as given in the official notification for DRDO Recruitment 2023.
Based on the official notification for DRDO Recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 28 years for the JRF post and 35 years for the RA post. Candidates selected for the JRF post will get a monthly salary of Rs 37,000. Candidates selected for the Research Assistant post will get a monthly stipend of Rs 67,000. Research Associate (RA): Candidates should have done a Ph.D. in Physics, Electronics, or Material Science from a recognized university/institute.
