DRDO Recruitment 2023: Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) is looking for highly qualified and competent Technologists for the posts of Project Scientist (F/D/E/B/C) under various trades. As given in the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, candidates who have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology can apply for the given post. In accordance with the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 220717. The maximum age limit is different for every post which is given below in the article. As per the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 3 years.
As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, there are a total of 12 vacancies for the given post. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through RAC website. Candidates applying for DRDO recruitment 2023 have to pay Rs. 100 as application fee and ST/SC/Divyang and women candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

For Project Scientist ‘F’- The maximum age limit is 55 years
For Project Scientist ‘E’– The maximum age limit is 50 years
For Project Scientist ‘D’– The maximum age limit is 45 years
For Project Scientist ‘C’– The maximum age limit is 40 years
For Project Scientist ‘B’- The maximum age limit is 35 years
Relaxation in upper age limit-
1- Upto 10 years for Divyang/PwD candidates.
2- The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for serving Civilian Central Govt. employees working in posts which are in the same line or allied cadres and where a relationship could be established that the service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties of the advertised posts.
3- The upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-servicemen including Ex SSCOs/ECOs as per rules in vogue.
According to the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on a contractual basis for a period of 3 years.
In accordance with the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of up to Rs. 220717.
Project Scientist- F- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 220717.
Project Scientist- D- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 201794.
Project Scientist- E- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 124621.
Project Scientist- B- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 108073.
Project Scientist- C- The selected candidate will be given a monthly salary of Rs. 90789.
Candidates applying for DRDO Recruitment 2023 must have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in respective trades.
All the applications received will be shortlisted on the basis of eligibility and shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The date, time and venue of the interview will be intimated through call letters.
