• Aspirants should have at least 07 years of experience in Accounts, Management of Finance and Budgeting.

Senior Accounts Officer Grade II-

• Applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or Institute.
• Aspirants should have at least 03 years of experience in Accounts, management finance and budgeting.

Eligibility for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

Referring to the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024, the applicant must have the following eligibility mentioned below.

Joint Director (Accounts)-

• The candidate holds an analogous post on a regular basis. OR
• An applicant with 05 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-12 ( Rs.78800 to Rs.209200) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Chief Accounts Officer-

• The candidate holds analogous posts on a regular basis. OR
• An applicant with 05 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the level-11 in the pay matrix ( Rs.67700 to Rs.208700) or equivalent in the parent Cadre or Department;

Senior Accounts Officer Grade II-

• The applicant holds an analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or Department.
• Candidate should have 02 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-9 (Rs.53100 to Rs.167800) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent Cadre or department. OR
• Aspirant must have at least 04 years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in level-8 (Rs.47600 to Rs.151100) in the pay matrix or equivalent in the parent cadre or department.

Pay Scale  for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

Selected applicants would receive a compensation range ranging from Level 7 to 13 per month, as stated in the official notification of DRDO Recruitment 2024.
