Secretary

• Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree (3- year course), with minimum 70% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ ST/ PwBD categories from a recognized university.
  AND
• Candidate should have a Class XII with minimum 70% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD categories from a recognized institute.

• Candidate should have a Class X with minimum 70% marks in aggregate (or equivalent CGPA), relaxed to 65% for SC/ST/PwBD categories from a recognized institute.

Diploma / Certification in Admin Secretarial and PA/ Executive Assistant / Secretarial Practice/ Office Management of at least 6 months duration is desirable.

• Applicant must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as Secretarial Assistant / Secretary, or similar roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and shorthand skills preferable with good speed and accuracy with computer typing.
