Required Qualifications for DRDO Recruitment 2024:

For Junior Research Fellow-

• The candidate should have Ph.D in Electronics. OR
• The candidate should have 03 years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after ME/M.Tech in area related to Electronics with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.
• The candidate should have Ph.D. in Physics. OR
• The candidate should have 03 (Three) years of Research, Teaching and Design & Development experience after Post Graduate degree (M.Sc or equivalent) in area related to Chemistry with at least one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal.

For Research Associate-

• The candidate should have a graduate degree in professional course (B.E/B.Tech.) in Electronics / Electronics & Communication in first division with NET/GATE qualification. OR
• The candidate should have Post Graduate (M.E./M.Tech.) degrees in professional courses in Electronics / Electronics & Communication in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
• The candidate should have Graduate degree in professional course (B.E/B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering / Material Science/Polymer Science/Industrial Chemistry/Nanotechnology in first division with NET/GATE qualification OR
• The candidate should have Post Graduate in professional course (M.EJM. Tech.) in Chemical Engineering /Material Science/Industrial Chemistry/Nanotechnology in first division, both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
• The candidate should have Post Graduate degree (M.Sc. or equivalent) in Physics with first division and National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification conducted by CSIR-UGC (NET), MHRD (GATE) or JEST.
• The candidate should have Graduate degree in professional course (B.E/B. Tech.) in Mechanical in first division with NET/GATE qualification. OR Post Graduate (M.E/M.Tech.) degrees in professional courses in Mechanical in first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate level.
