Overview:

Eaton is hiring an experienced Sr. Treasury Analyst at their Pune location. You will be part of the Global Treasury Services Center in Pune, she/he will perform back-office activities and ensure efficient support for the Treasury Front Office.

The complete details of this job are as follows:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Issuance and renewal – Certificate of Insurance on a day today basis
• Processing of AGIS invoice and VAT invoice
• Processing of monthly cash calls and claim funding request
• Update of Global Location Database
• Management reporting:
• Metal forecast reporting via Bloomberg
• GLD validation
• Board book and pension reporting
• Real Estate NBV  data collation
• Deferred Compensation Reporting
• Process Improvement and Automation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration or Economics preferably with a MBA (Finance)
• At least 2 years qualified experience in Treasury management (preferred) and/or Financial Analysis

Skills:

• Understanding of financial instruments and insurance markets
• Solid understanding of and aptitude in IT systems and capabilities (detailed knowledge of MS Excel)
• Work experience in Power App or RPA application preferrable
• Detailed oriented, analytical and accurate
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable in fast moving and changing environment
