• In order to obtain the optimum cost of funds for both working capital and long-term fund requirements, the candidate should be able to communicate with bankers and loan agencies and possess understanding of ERP systems, financial reporting, and decision-making processes. should have held a senior management or in-charge role while working for large, well-known companies.
• Preference will be given to applicants with relevant CPSE experience.

General Manager (RF Systems and Microwave Designs) –

• A four-year full-time degree in engineering or its equivalent in electronics, electronics and communication, or electronics and telecommunication with first class or at least 60% of the possible points is required of the applicant. Candidates with a postgraduate degree in microwave/radar engineering (M.E./M. Tech) will be given preference.

Experience –

• strong familiarity with RF and microwave components, including mixers, LO, LNAs, OP power amplifiers, and attenuators.
• Multiport power divider/combiner, isolators, passive and active filter types, connector kinds and their frequency-based applications, PLL ideas, etc.
• The ability to practically analyze factors such as spurious, harmonics, phase noise, noise figures of LNAs and mixers, power output in watts, waveforms, modulation of various kinds, and cable losses is required.
• practical knowledge of designing and testing RF circuits with design/simulation tools.

Desirable –

• managing telemetry systems for data collection, commutation, de-receiver, and PCM encoding and decoding.
• RADAR practical performances, including gain, radiation pattern, impedance, return loss, and path loss calculation, among other parameters, are related to different kinds of antennas.
• design of the antenna (helical, conventional patch array, etc.).
• strong proficiency in the design and optimization of two-way radio frequency circuits.
• adept at using RF design and simulation programs like Cadence, ADS, or comparable programs.
