ED collects Statement from Cooperative Bank President in Bank Fraud case The Enforcement Directorate (ED) collected a statement from Peringandoor Cooperative Bank president M R Shajan on Monday in connection with the investigation into the fraud case of Karuvannur Bank. The agency had already enquired with the bank's secretary, T R Rajan. In the matter before the PMLA special court, ED has presented a preliminary final report. According to sources, the collection of statements from Shajan was part of the ongoing investigation into the matter.
