EIL Recruitment 2023: Engineers India Limited (EIL) a Navratna PSU and an Engineering Consultancy Company is looking for dynamic & self-motivated professionals with a zeal to learn, contribute and grow with the Company.
EIL is looking for suitably qualified, experienced and motivated Metallurgical/Mechanical Engineers to partner in its growth story for the posts of Deputy General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Senior Manager. There are 05 Vacancies for the given posts. The Upper age limit for given posts is 47, 44 and 40 years respectively. The Candidates should hold a minimum qualification of B.E./B. Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.).
A candidate can submit only one application against one post only. The cut-off date for educational qualification, required experience (if applicable) and upper age is 30.11.2022. As per EIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the Candidates will be given a salary in the pay scale from Rs.90000 Up to Rs.280000.
The Head Office in Delhi/Gurugram may be where the aforementioned positions are posted. The posting location, however, can be anywhere in India or abroad, depending on the requirements. As per EIL Recruitment 2023 Official Notification, the last date to submit the application is 17.01.2023.

Deputy General Manager
B.E./B.Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
Assistant General Manager
B.E./B.Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks.
Senior Manager
B.E./B.Tech/B. Sc. (Engg.) in Metallurgy/Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks.
Deputy General Manager : The Upper age limit is 47 years.
Assistant General Manager : The Upper age limit is 44 years.
Senior Manager : The Upper age limit is 40 years.
Deputy General Manager : Minimum 19 Years’ experience with major experience in Design Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant.
Assistant General Manager : Minimum 16 Years’ experience with major experience in Design Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant.
Senior Manager : Minimum 12 Years’ experience with major experience in Design Engineering and Commissioning/Operation of Steel Plant.
The post-wise salaries are given below;
Deputy General Manager: Rs.120000 – Rs.280000.
Assistant General Manager: Rs.100000 – Rs.260000.
Senior Manager: Rs.90000 – Rs.240000.
