Employee Provident Fund Organization Recruitment 2023: The Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) is inviting applications from qualified candidates for the posts of Joint Director, Deputy Director and Assistant Director. As mentioned in the official notification of Employee Provident Fund Organization recruitment 2023, there are a total of 42 vacancies for the given post. In accordance with the official notification of Employee Provident Fund Organization recruitment 2023, the selected candidate for the above-mentioned posts will be given a monthly salary of between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 209200. The period of deputation (including Short Term Contract) including a period of deputation (including Short Term Contract) in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding the appointment in the same or some other Organisation or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed 5 years.

For Joint Director-

1- The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute; or a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.

2- The candidate should have Eight years post qualification experience in one or more Database Management or Operating Systems or Network Systems of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution.

OR

1- The candidate should have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or a Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

2- The candidate should have Eight years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 1 year of experience should be in actual Programming.

For Deputy Director-

1- The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute; or a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology (Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute.

2- The candidate should have Five years of post-qualification experience in relevant areas of Programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized institution.

OR

1- The candidate should have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

2- The candidate should have Five years of experience in Electronic Data Processing, at least 1 year of experience should be in actual Programming.

For Assistant Director-

1- The candidate should have a Master’s Degree in Computer applications or a Master of Science (Computer Science or Information Technology) from a recognized University or Institute; or a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute.

2- The candidate should have Three years of post-qualification experience in relevant areas of programming or Information Systems in a Government Office including such experience in Public Sector Undertaking or Autonomous Body or Statutory Body or in any recognized Institution.

OR

1- The candidate should have a Degree in Computer Applications or Computer Science or a Degree in Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University.

2- The candidate should have Three years of experience in Electronic Data Processing out of which at least 01 year of experience should be in actual Programming.

Salary for Employee Provident Fund Organization Recruitment 2023:

As given in the official notification of Employee Provident Fund Organization recruitment 2023, the candidate selected for the given posts will get a monthly remuneration of between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 209200.

Joint Director- The candidate selected for the given post will get a monthly remuneration of between Rs. 78800 to Rs. 209200.

Deputy Director- The candidate selected for the given post will get a monthly remuneration of between Rs. 67700 to Rs. 208700.

Assistant Director– The candidate selected for the given post will get a monthly remuneration of between Rs. 56100 to Rs. 177500.

Tenure for Employee Provident Fund Organization Recruitment 2023:

In accordance with the official notification of Employee Provident Fund Organization recruitment 2023, the appointment is made on deputation basis for a maximum period of 5 years.
