Eligibility Criteria for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the candidate’s required eligibility is mentioned below:
For Manager (F and A) –

• The candidate should be working on analogous posts or Group ‘B’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 10/ Level 09/Level 08 (7th CPC) from the Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt. having 05 years of service in Group A/Group B or its equivalent in PSUs/Statutory Authorities.

For Assistant Manager (F and A) –

• The candidate should be working on analogous posts or Group ‘B’ officer working on regular posts in Pay Level 09/Level 08/Level 07 (7th CPC) in Accounts/Finance/Audit/Economics Cadre of Indian Railways/ Central Government/ State Govt. having 03 years of service or its equivalent in PSUs/Statutory Authorities and should have passed the Appendix 3 examination as per the Indian Railway Establishment Manual or equivalent examination of their department like SAS.

For Accounts Assistant –

• The candidate should be working on analogous posts or in a grade not lower than Pay Level 6 with 4 years of regular service in the Accounts Department of Indian Railways/ Central Govt/State Govt/ PSUs under Central or State Govt/PSEs/ Statutory Authority.

Pay Scale for RLDA Recruitment 2023:

As mentioned in the official notification of RLDA Recruitment 2023, the selected candidate of Manager will be given a Pay Level of -11 (7th CPC), the candidate of Assistant Manager will be given pay Level- 09 (7th CPC) and the candidate of Accounts Assistant will be given Pay Level- 8 (7th CPC).
