Enforcement Directorate Recruitment 2022: The Directorate of Enforcement has invited applications from eligible and interested candidates for hiring them to the Post of Legal Consultants on a short-term contract basis in the Directorate for its various offices all over India. There are a total of 06 vacancies for the Post. The selected candidate will be posted at various offices of the Directorate of Enforcement across India. The tenure for engagement of Legal Consultants shall be 03 years (to be renewed at the end of 1st year, 2nd year, and 3rd year respectively) extendable up to 05 years as per performance and official requirements. The age of candidate should not be more than 32 years of age as of the date of the last date of submission of the application. The candidates who are engaged as Legal Consultants will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 80,000 (Eighty Thousand) per month.

Essential:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a National School or a recognized University or equivalent. The candidates are required to submit/attach the experience certificate issued by the Bar Association in support of the claim of the practice.
Desirable:
Minimum experience of 2 years at Bar/Court dealing with Criminal Laws and Fiscal Laws.
The candidates who are engaged as Legal Consultants will be paid a consolidated fee of Rs. 80,000 (Eighty Thousand) per month.
The tenure for engagement of Legal Consultants shall be 03 years (to be renewed at the end of 1st year, 2nd year, and 3rd year respectively) extendable up to 05 years as per performance and official requirements.
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their applications and only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process individually on their registered email id, which will be intimated at a later stage.
