Upstox is hiring an experienced Product Manager -1 at their Mumbai location. As Product Manager – Customer Delight, you will play a key role in our journey to make a delightful trading experience for customers. You will be owning the entire customer experience that solves their day-to-day trading problems. The job will involve understanding customer problems, creating workflows and coordinating with engineering & design teams. As Product Manager – Customer Support, you will build the dashboard that helps our customer support team to solve customer problems seamlessly under defined TAT. The job will involve having a deep understanding of customer problems, our customer support team’s problems and knowing all our systems thoroughly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and own product roadmap. Ensure steady execution of product life cycle processes from idea to final launch
• Define, understand, and improve key funnels and metrics.
• Coordinate with internal business verticals to collect requirements and convert them into clear actionable items
• Manage daily interaction with tech team to clear their doubts if any in the requirement documents.
• Own features and experiments end-to-end, including writing product specs, driving cross-functional execution, making thoughtful product decisions along the way, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
• Gather, review, and interpret qualitative & quantitative data to uncover new product insights.
• Define and create metrics to measure success of the product. Work on continuous enhancements at each stage of the product life-cycle.

Eligibility Criteria:

•  Should Have Engineering and / Management degree from a premier institute
• Should have 3-10 years of overall experience in Product Management, Engineering or Consulting
• Having personal experience in Online Trading will be an added advantage
• Experience in B2C segment
• Prior experience in understanding and working with APIs driven business processes
• Ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritise tasks
• Good people management skills. Role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
