Essential Qualifications for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

For Consultant Grade-1

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Computer Science/IT/Statistics/Mathematics from a recognized University with relevant industry experience in the area of data Analysis and analytics including KPI Identification. Data-driven Solutions related to IT Initiatives, Data strategies and BI solutions through consulting engagements and research.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 3-8 years of Experience in domains like HIS, ERP, Insurance, Benefits, Revenue, Finance, etc.

For Consultant Grade-1 (Establishment/Administration) –

• The candidate should have a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources (Regular) from a recognized University.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 3-8 years’ experience working in Govt. /PSU/ DOPT/ UPSC in relevant fields.

For Consultant Grade-2

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’ or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/Information technology from a recognized University with relevant industry experience in the area of Network and Infrastructure consultancy with requisite certifications/ credentials like CCN, CCNP, CISSP, CISM, PMP, RHCE, cloud technology etc. Individuals with experience in Government and PSU shall be preferred

Experience-

• The candidate should have 8-15 years of experience in related domains.

For Senior Consultant (ICT-Management and Technology Profile)-

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Post Graduate degree in Computer Science/IT / Software Engineering with an MBA (regular) from a reputed institute/ recognized University with Relevant experience in management or heading e-governance projects in Government or PSU.

Experience-

• The candidate should have 15 years and above in relevant fields.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

• The selected candidates shall be appointed on purely contractual basis for the maximum period of 2 years whichever is less.
