• For 3 years, a senior resident-selected candidate will get a monthly salary in Level 11.
• For 3 years, specialists, the selected candidate will get a monthly salary of Rs. 1,21,408 (fixed).
• For 01 year Super Specialist Part Time, The selected candidate will get a monthly salary between Rs. 100000 + (20000 for visiting charge in case of emergency call); additional remuneration of 1200 for every additional hour beyond 16 Hrs/week.

Qualification for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

The given below are the Qualifications for ESIC Recruitment 2024.

For 03 Years S.R.-

• Candidates must have done a PG/DNB/Diploma in the concerned specialty from a recognized university, registered in MCI or State Medical Council (for NICU; PG/DNB/Diploma in Pediatrics). The initial appointment will be for one year & will be extended on a yearly basis for a maximum of 03 years, subject to a satisfactory work performance report by the concerned HOD.

For 03 year Specialist

• Candidates must have done PG/DNB/Diplom in the requisite Specialty.
• Candidates must have 3–5 years of work experience in a responsible position connected with the Specialty.

For 01 year Super Specialist (Full Time):

• Candidates must have 5 years of experience after obtaining a postgraduate degree in the concerned specialty. (In the case of holders of D.M./M.Ch. with a qualification of 05 years duration, the period of senior PG residency rendered in the last part of the said D.M./M.Ch. shall be counted towards the requirement of 5 years of experience.)

Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

For Specialist and Super Specialist, The maximum age limit is 69 years.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

The duration of engagement for ESIC Recruitment 2024 is 03 years. Senior residents will be purely contractual for one year tenure, extendable up to a maximum of 03 years subject to the requirement, satisfactory work performance report by the HOD and the performance of senior residents.

Selection Procedure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

Venue: ESIC Model Hospital, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
