SIDBI Recruitment 2025: Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) is recruiting eligible, well motivated and deserving candidates for the position of Consultant Credit Analyst (CCA). In reference to the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025, there are a total of 20 vacancies open, out of these 12 vacancies are open for Mumbai Place and 08 Vacancies are open for New Delhi. The selected candidates will be placed in Mumbai and New Delhi. The chosen candidates will engaged for an initial period of three years, extendable, at the sole discretion of the Bank, for a further period of up to two years. The contract can be terminated at three months’ notice on either side or salary and allowances (if any) in lieu thereof.
In accordance with the official notification of SIDBI Recruitment 2025, in order to be considered eligible for the post, candidates must possess an age not above 28 years old. Applicants must be Qualified Chartered Accountants along with graduation from a UGC / AICTE-recognized college/university. Apart from initial remuneration offered on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, there would be a provision for an Annual increment on CTC finalized initially, which shall be considered by the Bank based on the performance review from time to time. The salary would also have a suitable variable component of 10%, which shall be released subject to satisfactory performance and as may be decided by the Bank.
