Age Limit for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

Full-time Contractual Specialist-

• The candidates have not exceeded 69 years as of the date of the interview. (Age relaxation as per rule)

Senior Resident-

• The candidates have not exceeded 45 years as of the date of the interview. ( Relaxation as per rule)

Qualification and Experience for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

To apply for ESIC Recruitment 2024, the required qualifications and experience are given below:

Full-time Contractual Specialist-

• Qualification: The applicant must have a PG Degree or PG Diploma in Concerned Specialty from a Recognized University.
• Experience: The applicant must have 3 years of working experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring the PG Degree OR a minimum of 05 (five) years of working experience in the concerned speciality after acquiring the PG Diploma.

Senior Resident-

• Qualification: The applicant must have a PG Degree or PG Diploma in the concerned speciality. In the absence of PG  qualified candidate, an MBBS graduate who possesses 02 years of working experience in the specialty in which they are proposed to be engaged will be considered for selection. However, preference is to be given to a PG-qualified candidate.

Tenure for ESIC Recruitment 2024:

Based on the official notification of ESIC Recruitment 2024, the tenure is mentioned below:

Full-time Contractual Specialist-

• The candidate will be appointed for 03 years, with an annual evaluation and term renewed every year based on satisfactory performance or till the regular specialist joins-whichever is earlier.

Senior Resident-

• The candidate will be appointed for 03 years, with an annual evaluation and term renewed every year based on satisfactory performance.
