Overview:

Ralph Lauren is hiring an experienced Analyst, Finance & Operations at their Bangalore location. You will provide daily production support on the D365 Finance & Operations application, ensuring issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.

What will you be doing:

Liaise with Helpdesk, local/global RL IT teams and the business to understand D365 and Scale issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Able to isolate IT related problem and escalate to next level support when required

Communicate with the relevant stakeholders on progress, risks and issues

Provide support, testing bug fixes and work with counterparts in various departments to resolve D365/ Scale issues.

Document processes, provide training and improve where necessary

Identify recurring issues and work with RL IT teams to provide workarounds and permanent solutions.

Qualifications for this Job:

Must have  3+  years of experience in Microsoft D365 and Scale

Hands-on experience in supporting D365 Finance & Operations and Manhattan Scale, and understanding of support processes

Must be a good team player, proactive, self-motivated, and able to multi-task

Effective communication skills in English

Experience in Microsoft Technology for example PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, C# and .net framework will be an advantage
