FACT Recruitment 2023: The Fertilisers and Chemicals Travancore Ltd. (FACT) invites applications from eligible candidates for Canteen Supervisor, Nurse, and Cook-Cumberland posts on Fixed Tenure Contract (Adhoc basis). According to the official notification of FACT Recruitment 2023, the appointed candidates would be paid a monthly salary between Rs.22,000 – Rs.25,000/- based on their different profiles. Candidates for this position must be at least 35 years old; however, the maximum age after all relaxation must not exceed 53 years.

For Canteen Supervisor
The candidates should have a Degree in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management with three Year Diploma in Catering Technology / Catering Science / Hotel Management.
For Nurse
The candidates should have a 10th pass certificate with a three-year Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery with Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives.

For Cook-CumBearer
The candidates should have a 10th pass grade. He/she should have a certificate in Food Production /Cooking from a Government Food Craft Institute with 5 years of experience as Cook (non-vegetarian/Vegetarian) in an Industrial Canteen/similar establishment.

Candidates who are currently working in any establishment should submit reasonable proof of work experience to the satisfaction of Management, which includes a copy of the establishment’s Appointment / Offer letter, date of joining, latest pay slip, and so on, in the absence of an experience certificate from that establishment, or such experience will not be counted.
