Overview:

CitiBank is hiring an experienced Finance Accounting Analyst 2, Officer (Hybrid) at their Mumbai location. This position is responsible to manage specific area related to Billings and reporting intercompany transactions globally onto APSS including coordination with Global stakeholders. This position is required to work closely with Controllers group and Global Process Lead and Global Process Owner in designing and executing the BAU activities

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Execute the Monthly billing and settlement activities
• Participate in strategy session with Global Process Owner and Global Process
• Lead and execution at process level Finalising the overall set-up and planning schedule and agreement with Controllers group
• Ideate reengineering initiatives to enhance the process workflow and controls in the process SME contribution / Lead Global projects and align changes required in APS for various initiatives
• Work closely with Global Process Lead in managing the overall process Manage senior stake holder in Controllers and FP&A groups and lead various calls Work on UAT, result evaluation and recommendations on various system enhancements and work closely with APS Development teams
• Complex trouble shooting for end-to-end Ensuring controls are maintained

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• BAU for  Billings and settlement processes on APS Timely and effective escalation management for any business queries related to Charge-outs Working on complex queries
• Executing and participating on day-to-day business calls with key stake holder Collaboration with Team Process updates to Process manager.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Management Information Systems or Accounting, Chartered Accountant
• Masters / Finance Professional
• Experience: 3+ years of experience with domain expertise in Banking Finance Operations, System operations and / or management reporting
• Experience in end-to-end process and Project Management
• Not applicable
• Six sigma certified
