Qualification and Experience for GSV Recruitment 2025:

Candidates applying for the GSV Recruitment 2025 must have the following qualifications and experience.

Joint Registrar

For Direct Recruitment

• Applicant must have a Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks, or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever the grading system is followed.
• Comparable experience in research establishment and/ or other institutions of higher education, or
• Candidate should have at least 5 years of administrative experience as Deputy Registrar or in an equivalent post.

Desirable:

Experience in Personnel/ Purchase/ Finance/ Administration/ Academic in an Educational / Research Institute/ Government/ Autonomous body.

For Deputation:

• Officers from Central/State Governments, Universities, Professional and Research Institutions and bodies holding analogous post on regular basis; or with 5 years’ regular service in the post in Level 12; and Possessing qualifications and experience prescribed for direct recruits in Direct Recruitment.

Senior Technology Officer

Direct Recruitment

• Candidate should have a B.E./ B.Tech.(Computer Science & Engineering) with at least 55% of marks and 6 years of experience of extensive programming and System Management from a recognized Public/PSU/Private organization.
  OR
• Candidate should have a M.Sc. (Computer Science) /MCA/ M.Tech.(Computer Science and Engineering) with 55% of marks and 5 years’ experience of extensive programming and system management from a recognized Public/PSU/Private organization.

Deputation:

• An Officer of Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous/ Statutory Organizations, PSUs, Universities or recognized Research Institutions holding the analogous post and pay in parent cadre of department.
  OR
• Candidate should have five years of experience in the above mentioned organization in pay level 10 or equivalent on regular basis in parent cadre or department.(Upload Documents Evidence)

Information Technology and Systems Officer

• Candidate should have aB.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Science and Engineering
• Candidate should have at least 05 years’ experience of Computer Network administration and Computer hardware including Massive UPS systems and Centralized Air- conditioning Plants/ Computer Systems Management and administration /Maintenance of a campus wide large computer network preferably with fiber optic backbone links from a recognized Public/PSU/Private organization.

Desirable Qualification:

Applicant must have an Experience of Industrial background.

Assistant Programmer

• Candidate should have B.E./ B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering/Electronics Engineering.
  OR
• Candidate should have M.C.A./M.Sc. in Computer Science
• Candidate should have at least 05 years programming experience in in languages like C/C++/JAVA etc. databases: MySQL/ORACLE with PHP etc. Foundations and practices under WINDOWS / LINUX/ UNIX platforms from a recognized Public/ Private organization.
