Amazon is hiring an experienced Financial Analyst II – GERM, Payroll at their Hyderabad location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection efforts, ensuring that accounts/receivables are handled appropriately and communicate with clients as required and focus on improving collection effectiveness

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in the collection processes
• SME in resolving all the Process Queries and escalations within the team and for our Amazon Employees related to Overpayments
• Creation and implementation of strategies to increase the number of successful collections
• Contribute to improvements in collection projects by identifying any issues, proposing enhancements in tools and working on continuous improvement of collection protocol and process.
• Manage internal/ external stakeholders
• Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
• Foster constructive and pro-active communication across organizational boundaries
• Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels.
• Create, maintain and disseminate Process status, roadmaps, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualification:

• 5+ years of payroll and financial analysis experience in a related industry, including managing complex initiatives across multiple, globally dispersed work teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related financial field
