Overview:

UPS is hiring an experienced Risk and Compliance Specialist at their Pune location. The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist is responsible for Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Compliance.  He/She will be responsible for configuration of the system (Coupa Risk Assess) and execution of processes related to supplier due diligence.   They must also ensure the TPRM process is in alignment with the Risk and Control Matrix (RACM), Strategic Compliance Framework and Internal controls.  Position manages compliance and ethics both domestically and internationally.  The position reports to the Global Risk & Compliance Manager.

What will you be doing:

Configure and deploy Coupa Risk Assess (CRA) as per Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy

Identify best practices through internal and external sources and implement within TPRM process

Ensure deployment of CRA within agreed timeline

Manages Anti-Corruption Compliance Programs

Responsible for executing compliance processes related to Denied Party Screening and third Party Due Diligence (3PDD)

Responsible for execution of supplier due diligence reviews

Documents processes and Desk Level Procedures (DLPs) for internal and external stakeholders

Prepares and presents compliance training for internal and external customers

Manage Compliance

Develop strategic plan to expand Procurement Governance compliance activities

Identify and deploy strategies to drive compliance with current resources

Monitor and develop automated compliance reporting/dashboards

Qualifications for this Job:

Bachelor’s Degree – Finance Preferred

Internal Audit / Self-Audit experience – Preferred

Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) – Preferred

Certification Audit related – Preferred

Certification Compliance related – Preferred
