Overview:

MetLife is hiring an experienced Finance Specialist at their Noida location. You shall have the knowledge of advanced Excel knowledge, advanced Access knowledge, including ability to query large files, and minimum of two years insurance related work experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Ideal Candidate should be able to:

• Ability to understand how relational databases are used
• Ability to work with large amounts of data to perform testing in a timely manner
• Ability to understand insurance direct systems, treaties, Raiders2 reinsurance system and relationship to BRD
• Ability to code reinsurance tables from BRD’s and review error reports
• Superior problem solving abilities

Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in English
• Communication skills – should be able to read, interpret business documents. Excellent oral/written communication
• Escalate issues if required
• Team work/ Managing Self / Adaptability
• Ability to work successfully in production driven environment
• Adaptability to change
• Ability to work on routine/standardized transactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to deliver accurate and detailed results within firm deadlines.
• Ability to research and resolve problems.
