FM Sitharaman lays foundation of Income Tax Dept building in Bengaluru
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday established the framework for which authorities said, this will be the only one of its kind to take advantage of maximum natural light and meet GRIHA rating IV compliant. They said the building is equipped with solar panels for power generation and a rainwater harvesting system. The recycled water will be used for planting and dual plumbing. The official said that the central air purification system will be equipped with magnetic filters and ultraviolet disinfection, adding that the building will be constructed by the Bangalore project circle of the Central Public Works Department. The authorities said the state-of-the-art building will include a public relations office to address complaints on a priority and a waiting room for taxpayers. It also owns the Aaykar Seva Kendra, which provides taxpayer services without any hassle. This office building in the city center is friendly to taxpayers. They said that the layout and space allocation of the building provide a pleasant working environment for officials and staff of the income tax department.My Recent Articles
