FSSAI Recruitment 2023: The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, known famously by the name of FSSAI, is inviting applications from Graduate/Post Graduate Degree/higher degree Pursuing candidates for the Internship starting in the month of July – 2023. As per the official notification for FSSAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly stipend of Rs 10,000. The selected candidates will be provided internships for a duration of upto 03 months, which may be extended to a maximum period of 06 months. The application process has been underway since 13th June 2023.
FSSAI is a statutory organization created per the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006, and is overseen by the Indian Ministry of Health & Family Welfare. It is the top organization in charge of making sure that food safety and standards are followed nationwide. According to the official notification for FSSAI Recruitment 2023, the internship program offered by the FSSAI will give trainees special learning opportunities in a number of administrative and regulatory sectors related to food.
In accordance with the FSSAI Recruitment 2023 official notification, all the interns will be awarded a certificate by the FSSAI on the successful completion of their internships. The candidate will be selected on the basis of a short write-up/presentation (after the shortlisting process of the received applications). As given in the official notification for FSSAI Recruitment 2023, the candidates must have the following qualifications to apply for the above-mentioned post:
Eligible candidates should be pursuing a Post Graduate Degree, B.Tech, or BE in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Food Technology or Food Science & Technology or Food & Nutrition or Edible Oil Technology or Microbiology or Dairy Technology or Agricultural or horticultural Sciences or Industrial Microbiology or Toxicology or Public Health or Life Science or Biotechnology or Fruit & Vegetable Technology or Food Safety & Quality Assurance from a recognized Indian or foreign university.
OR
Candidates pursuing a PG Diploma/Degree in, Journalism, Mass Communication and Public Relations, or B.E. / B. Tech (Only 3rd and 4th Year students not for 2nd or 1st Year) in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Software Engineering or related Stream are also eligible to apply.
Candidates pursuing a Business Administration & Management degree (including policy regulation and related fields) or a Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Policy Public Administration, or a Bachelor/Master of Law are eligible to apply only for FSSAI(HQ).
None of the students who have finished the courses specified above are eligible to apply.
Based on the official notification details for the FSSAI Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be provided internships for a duration of upto 03 months, which may be extended to a maximum period of 06 months. There won’t be any internships available for less than two months.
