GMDC Recruitment 2023: Gujarat Mineral Development Corporation (GDMC) is inviting applications from willing and eligible professionals for the Post of Surveyor on a full-time contractual basis. As per GMDC notification, there are 03 vacancies for the given post. The selected candidate will be appointed on contract initially for a period of three years and may be further extended for a period of one year in stages up to a maximum of five years subject to functional requirements, appraisal of the performance, and medical fitness of the individual but the total period of contract shall not be more than five years.

Candidate should have a Diploma in Mining/ Surveying/civil from a reputed institution in India.
Candidates must have a Mine Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency issued by DGMS under CMR 2017/CMR1957.
Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of Experience with a significant amount of experience in Coal/Lignite
Candidates should have experience in the field of mine surveying, fully conversant with modern equipment like DGPS, GPS, Total Station, EDS, Digital Theodolite, Auto Set Level, Dumpy level, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As per GMDC Recruitment 2023 notification, the contract initially would be for a period of three years and may be further extended for a period of one year in stages up to a maximum of five years subject to functional requirements, appraisal of the performance, and medical fitness of the individual but the total period of contract shall not be more than five years.
As per GMDC Recruitment 2023 notification, the selection will be made on the basis of career marking and performance in the Walk-In interview considering the vacancies as well as requirements.
The monthly consolidated remuneration will be based on the previous/current remuneration for the given post. (Negotiable)
