Age Limit for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the maximum age limit is given below-

For Assistant Manager (Multi Modal Integration) and Assistant Manager (Civil/ Alignment)- For Surat project- The maximum age limit is 32 years.

For Sr. Executive (Finance and Accounts), Sr. Executive (Admin) For Surat project, Engineer – Sr. Grade (Civil)/ Engineer – Jr. Grade (Civil), Executive (HR), Executive (Admin) (For Surat project) and Surveyor- The maximum age limit is 28 years.

For General Manager (HR)- The maximum age limit is 55 years.

For Additional General Manager (Architect) and Additional General Manager (Civil)- The maximum age limit is 53 years.

For Manager (Multi Modal Integration) (For Ahmedabad Metro rail project and Surat project) and Manager (Civil – Safety) and Manager (Admin) – For Surat project- The maximum age limit is 40 years.

Salary for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

According to the official notification of GMRC recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will be given a monthly salary as given below-

For General Manager (HR)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 12000 to Rs. 280000.

For Additional General Manager (Architect) and Additional General Manager (Civil)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 100000 to Rs. 260000.

For Manager (Multi Modal Integration) (For Ahmedabad Metro rail project and Surat project), Manager (Civil – Safety) and Manager (Admin) – For Surat project- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 60000 to Rs. 180000.

For Assistant Manager (Multi Modal Integration) and Assistant Manager (Civil/ Alignment)- For Surat project- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 50000 to Rs. 160000.

For Sr. Executive (Finance and Accounts) and Sr. Executive (Admin) For Surat project- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 35000 to Rs. 110000.

For Engineer – Sr. Grade (Civil)/ Engineer – Jr. Grade (Civil) and Executive (HR) and Executive (Admin) (For Surat project)- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 30000 to Rs. 120000.

For Surveyor- The selected candidates will be given a monthly salary between Rs. 33000 to Rs. 100000.

Qualification for GMRC Recruitment 2023:

Candidates applying for GMRC Recruitment 2023 must have the given below qualifications-

For Assistant Manager (Multi Modal Integration)- 

1- Candidate must be a Bachelor in planning or Masters in Planning from a Govt. Recognized University/Institute.

2- Applicants should have minimum 5 years of Post Qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering or experience of Executive level in Government / PSU’s.

3- Candidate should have worked at least 2 years in pay scale of  35000-110000, or 3 years in pay scale of  30000-120000, OR should be working with reputed organizations drawing salary (CTC) of minimum Rs. 60,000 per month (approximately), with relevant experience in Transport sector

For Assistant Manager (Civil/ Alignment) – For Surat project- 

1- Candidate must be B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University/ Institute.

2- Applicants should have minimum 5 years of Post Qualification experience of Executive level in reputed private organization of Civil Engineering or experience of Executive level in Government / PSU’s.

3- Candidate should have worked at least 2 years in pay scale of ₹ 35000-110000 or 3 years in pay scale of ₹ 30000-120000 OR should be working with reputed organizations drawing salary (CTC) of minimum Rs. 60,000 per month (approximately)

For Sr. Executive (Finance and Accounts)- 

1- Candidate must be a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

2- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience in an organization implementing large construction / infrastructure project.

3- Candidate should preferably have working experience in area of contract management, project accounting, involvement in preparation of financial statement, fixed assets capitalization, direct and indirect taxation. Working knowledge in SAP-FICO is preferred.

For Sr. Executive (Admin) For Surat project-

1- Candidate must be full time Graduate with PGDM/MBA degree from Govt. recognized Institute/University.

2- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in various aspects of administration in State PSUs, Corporations / Boards or in organization implementing large construction/infrastructure project or reputed large organization with minimum 500 manpower.
