Experience –

• The candidates should have at least 15 years of post-qualification working experience in hull construction, erection and outfitting of Naval / Coast Guard vessels. Should have sound knowledge of hull construction activities. In the case of retired PSU executives, they should have superannuated in the pay scale of Rs. 80,000-3%-2,20,000 (E-5) and above or equivalent level in case of officers retired from Central/State Government / Indian Navy/Army/Air Force and Indian Coast Guard.

Consultant (Dock Master) – On Contract Basis –

• The candidates should have a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) / Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech) with specialization in Naval Architecture / Shipbuilding / Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience preferably in Shipyards/Dockyards out of which a minimum of 03 years experience in docking and undocking of vessels in Dry dock/Ship lift/Floating Dock.

• Diploma in Mechanical/Shipbuilding/Naval Architecture with a minimum of 20 years relevant experience preferably in Shipyards/Dockyards out of which a minimum of 03 years experience in docking and undocking of vessels in Dry dock/Ship lift/Floating Dock.

Consultant (HR) – On Contract Basis –

• The candidates should have a Graduate in any discipline.

Desirable –

• The candidates should have a post-graduation degree or diploma in HR/ Labour Laws & Labour welfare.

Experience –

• The candidates should have at least 15 years experience of working in the HR field handling jobs related to Post Retirement benefits such as Provident funds, Pension, Mediclaim, etc.

Desirable –

• The candidates should have knowledge of working on ERP systems.

Salary for Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2024:

The candidates selected for Goa Shipyard Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly income ranging between Rs.50000 to Rs.85000 as per the post’s disciplines as listed below –
