Qualification for This Job

Graduates/ Post Graduates with 6 – 10 years of relevant experience.

1. Closely working with business SPOCs from different departments/regions (like Customer Centricity, and Sales) for executing business needs.

2. Having a good understanding of the CRM system’s fundamentals; Leading the development of a CRM and other application frameworks and related artifacts, governance, and process.

3. Provides subject matter expertise and a high level of internal consulting support on the analysis, design, programming, debugging, modification, and maintenance of software enhancements and/or new products.

4. Interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

5. Manage a team of new and experienced support staff, technical vendor and developers in an agile approach methodology to delivering defect resolutions and enhancements.

6. Provide mentoring, and coaching guidance to CRM support team and implementer.

7. Develop trust and build effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across the business.

8. Foster an innovative culture with an eye toward agility, being proactive and outward communication.

9. Bringing Innovative ideas and managing knowledge across GPL; Conducting research focused on identifying emerging technology solutions and trends.

10. Good experience in managing IT vendors for application support and development.
